Fabrication of the battery compartment cover that will hold each radio.  An extra spot of super glue (connecting yellow radio body with black radio side) will make a lot more work of redoing the earphone jack circuit as two of the four audio jack connections on the circuit board must be connected via another switch.  This will enable the sound out to the speaker or audio out to an amp (or both?) without ever disconnecting the plug from the jack.
